If a appointment is denied I will personally contact you to make adjustments. To reserve your appointment card is required. Look below for the follow payments accepted. •Payments• I accept the following • Card on file (primary) • Cash (secondary) • Booking Appointments• • Please book on my website for you appointments. • Please do not message me to book appointments, I will send you to my booking site. • Card is required to book appointment. • Day of appointment payments can be Card or Cash. •Services provided• • facials • back facials • body waxing •COVID policy• • Must be symptom free for 24 hours before appointment • Hand sanitizer will be provided. • PLEASE contact me if you having signs or symptoms 24 hours before your appointment so we can reschedule. Late policy • 5 minute grace period • $10 fee after 10 minutes • After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled (includes 50% cancellation fee for service for that day) • No additional guests please and thank you unless getting a services •

Cancellation Policy

• You are responsible for canceling and rescheduling your appointments. • All cancellations and reschedulings must be done 24 hour before your appointment. Anything after 24 hours (example 8pm the day before) OR the day of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • NO CALL NO SHOWS will not be tolerated. In the event of a NO CALL NO SHOW, it will result in 100% cancellation fee and being blocked from future bookings. • Refusal to pay fee will result in being banned from booking. Rescheduling policy •You are able to reschedule you appointment once. If you cannot make it to your rescheduled appointment, I will have to cancel and you will have to book when you are available to come in.
